London based designer,
Dominic Wilcox created this pair of GPS-powered shoes inspired by
The Wizard of Oz —
they guide you home no matter where in the world you may be. Just tap
your heels together like Dorothy and the GPS is activated. The right
shoe LED dots specify distance, while the left shoe points the
direction in which to go. These bespoke prototype shoes were
commissioned by
Global Footprint and are currently part of Wilcox’s solo exhibition at
KK Outlet in London until September 26th.
